All items are shipped using either Royal Mail. EVRi or DPD Local, depending on weight and size.

The STANDARD shipping cost is just £2.95, however, we do offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 at an extra cost on most items which you may choose at checkout.

Orders are shipped every day (Mon - Fri), but please let us know if an item is needed urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Non-personalised gifts are shipped within 24 hours & Personalised Gifts are shipped within 3 days*. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery to your door. 98% of orders (once shipped) are received within 5 days.

Please Note: On occasion deliveries may not be delivered in accordance with these timescales. In this instance we are required to wait 15 days from posting before claiming a loss, thus we are unable to resend an undelivered item prior to this. For more details of Royal Mail's posting rules see www.royalmail.com.
